About the Small Animal Show

The Pontefract & District Fur Fanciers Society Show is a one day event based in the UK.

The Show has been a key date in the Rabbit world since 2020. It sees hundreds of enthusiasts of come together under one roof, for the biggest competition of the year!

The 2023 Event is set to be the biggest and best competition, attracting more fanciers and public than ever before. It is an opportunity for families to learn more about Rabbits and how to care for your loved ones properly.

The Show is organised by a dedicated team of volunteers and is run on a not-for-profit basis.

History of the small animal show

Originally staged as The Pontefract & District Fur Fanciers Society the Pontefract & District Fur Fanciers Society is the oldest UK Championship Show dedicated solely to the promotion and exhibition of Rabbits.
